What does everyone do for work and if your not happy with your job, what would you like to be? At present i am a sales manager within a huge organization and would like to keep working my way up the ladder, i look after a team of people and do all the usual manager stuff, ie motivating/training/being a general vessle of knowledge. I really enjoy my job but i think the hours are too long . .

I am a personal trainer at a gym but I think the gym I work at is going downhill and I can't see it staying open much longer. I love my job even though my hours are very anti social. I do 615-10am and generally 4pm- 8pm but sometimes later.

the people I work with generally are wonderful but I think head office and the regional managers are idiots

I work in a ridiculously boring and repetative call centre and hate it! I want to be a social worker, i'm looking for new jobs at the moment but its such a hassle applying for jobs when you've been at work all day! Finding a job is like a job in itself

I'm a care assistant. I really love the job but the money just isn't good enough. I dont mind the hrs when i was on days i did 7:30am till 7:30pm but now i do nights i mainly do 9pm till 9am but sometimes 7:30pm till 7:30am. Ilike the long shifts because i usually do 3shifts a week what will give me 36hrs so i have 4days off but i sometimes do 4shifts so i will work 48hrs. just wish it was better paid!!!!! im thinkin of going to college or something dont want to stay right at the bottom of the ladder forever!

I've done 3 years at college, n been applyin for jobs in schools since may 08 as a Teachin Assistant - Level 3 in Sheffield, n heard or got **** all from em. So i decided to hand CVs out everywhere, n still got **** all, so just have to keep doin it till i get somethin, gettin annoyin now

I work in the retentions department of a large media company who's adverts tend to appear on this site quite a lot though that's unconnected with me working for them.

i work at blockbusters.... crappy wage but 20% off everything and 10 free dvds/games/blu ray/boxsets a week"! need a new full time job tho this was only meant to be my part time one!
